Why?  Because, yeah, I want to forever give up all of my favorite foods and traditions,

said no one ever!

When is the last time you sat down with a health professional for 1 hour and

discussed your health goals and then took action on them?

If you're like most people, probably never.

Doctors certainly don't spend that kind of time with us and if they do,

they're usually ready to provide you with a subscription that will take away all your concerns

(but cause other side effects).

Here's what we can do together in 28 Days

Week 1

GOAL SETTING

& PRIMARY FOOD

You can't get there if you don't know where you're going.

Where are you being spiritually fed?  How are your relationships?  Do you have a fulfilling career or purpose in life?

When these Primary Foods are balanced, what you eat becomes secondary.

Week 2

DECONSTRUCTING CRAVINGS

Cravings play a critical role in understanding what your body needs and shouldn't be ignored.

When we stop and listen to them, they respond, just like a child ending a tantrum.

Plus, I have an easy secret weapon that will help you banish cravings!

Week 3

CROWDING

OUT

Nobody wants to hear what they can't have in order to get healthy.

  When you choose healthy foods first and still allow yourself to still have your favorite goodies, you won't have nearly as much room in your belly for them and you will find that your taste buds will actually change over time.  Really!

 

Week 4

BIO

INDIVIDUALITY

Your level of digestive power, physical activity, age and lifestyle all play a role in what foods would be supportive for you at this time in your life.

 

Working on the principle of bio-individuality, I'll support you to make positive changes that are based on your unique needs and preferences.

Each week consists of:

  • 60 minute (or two 30 minute) phone/video chat or in person meeting.

  • Handouts of each week's topic via email available to print out or download.

  • Videos to go along with each topic.

  • A messenger app where we can connect during daytime working hours (9 am-5 pm, EST).

YOU ARE SOMEONE'S ROLE MODEL.

If you can't get healthy for yourself, do it for your (future) children or your grandchildren.

Do it for the little girl in you who needed a positive role model.
